Our Souper Bowl event sponsored by the Outreach team is in the Fellowship Hall after worship. A suggested donation of $5 is asked for a bowl or to-go container of soup, bread, and cookie. Our donations will be used to support the work of the Food Bank of Manatee.

‘Holy Strollers’ meet every Friday at 9AM in the parking lot at the north entrance of Robinson’s Preserve and walk either north to the river, or south into the area with the man-made springy pathways. You're invited to come any Friday to meet others for exercise, conversation, and a short devotional in the great outdoors. 

Each Friday, United Presbyterian serves the daily meal for folks in need at Our Daily Bread. You're welcome to join in as a server on any Friday or act as a substitute for when someone else is unavailable. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Dorothy Simes.

We acknowledge our scouts, Troop and Pack 22, in worship, and they provide a pancake breakfast following worship.

In 2024, UPC became a member congregation of STREAM, a grassroots, non-partisan, faith-based community organization that aims to take direct action against poverty and injustice in Manatee County. Current projects include affordable housing, pre-arrest diversion, and mental health programs for children.
